The staff WERE very friendly. I couldn't do enough for myself or my children. Bedrooms felt very NICE and cosy. Some bits looked a little tired but it was clean, so I didn't bother with it.
The room smelled faintly of old smoke, a MINOR downside.

The paint looked flaky on walls. It also covered the carpet. Windows show mold, unlike photos available online.
