The staff presents as particularly helpful. I noted excellent transport links to the primary attractions. The provided breakfast offers a pleasant touch. Staff members were helpful and cordial towards both myself and the children.
The paint looked flaky on walls. It also covered the carpet. Windows show mold, unlike photos available online.

the staff was really friendly. kim showed me to my room. the bed was comfy and i slept well. the facilities in the room was as expected for the price. it was simple and easy, just what i needed.
breakfast was fruit, porridge, yogurt or butter, jam and croissant. there was no option for toast or cornflakes for children.

i loved that the staff were SO friendly and helpful. kim showed us to our room and she was great!!! the bed was comfy and i slept well. i enjoyed being able to let ourselves in and out and not feeling trapped by a curfew! facilities in the room were as expected for the price, simple and easy, just what i needed.

The location was great right opposite the tram stop. it's also at the end of the illuminations. I couldn't have asked for anything more. there were local shops nearby, including a chip shop just around the corner.
